Credit Controller
Job Description
We are looking for a Credit Controller to join our Finance department based in Steeton, West Yorkshire.
In this role, you will ensure that all any customer debt is paid in a timely manner.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Starting Salary: £25,000 P/A (subject to experience)
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a Credit Control role
- Competent Excel skills
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Experience of SAP (ideal but not essential as full training is given)

Key Responsibilities
- Chasing of outstanding invoices from both Retail & Dealer Customers across a number of global entities
- Handling customer queries and liaising with other departments where necessary to resolve issues
- Processing of Direct Debits for end users
- Posting payments from customers
- Manage credit limit reviews for Dealer customers
- Releasing of orders in line with cut offs
- Reviewing ledgers and explaining outstanding balances
- General administrative work such as filing, scanning, telephone calls and emails
- Ensure that transactions are posted accurately and in a timely manner
- Any additional tasks as requested by Management
- Work in other functions in Finance as required to cover holidays & sickness
